Penne Alfredo Pasta
Quick, easy, and so delicious! Perfect for garlic and pasta lovers alike.
- 1 1⁄4 cup Belfonte Heavy Cream
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded Parmesan
- 1 box Penne Pasta (or what ever pasta you’d like)
Cook your pasta as directed on the box.
In a large sauce pan over medium heat, add your heavy cream, flour, garlic, salt, and pepper and stir until combined. Keep stirring and let mixture cook for a couple of minutes.
Add parmesan and stir until fully combined and melted.
Once your pasta and sauce is done, you can pour your pasta into your sauce and stir until fully coated or you can serve the sauce over your pasta.
Top with extra parmesan, serve & enjoy!!
