Greek Yogurt Deviled Eggs
Get ready to tailgate! These sneaky Greek Yogurt Deviled Eggs are easy, delicious and a healthier version of your favorite party food. Your guests won’t know they are eating something healthy!
Ingredients:
1 cup Belfonte Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
12 eggs, hard boiled
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Paprika
Directions:
Half each hard boiled egg and scoop out the yolks into a bowl. Lay out the egg whites on a tray. Add Belfonte Nonfat Greek Yogurt and both mustards. Whip together until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into a ziploc bag and seal. Cut the corner of the bag an pipe in the mixture into each egg white. Sprinkle Paprika on top and serve!
