Frozen Strawberry Pie
Ingredients:
- 16 oz Belfonte Strawberry Yogurt
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 cup (150g) chopped strawberries
- 1 10-inch graham cracker crust
Directions:
- In a large bowl, use a spatula to combine the strawberry yogurt and cool whip together until mixed throughout.
- Fold the chopped strawberries into the mixture, making sure to mix until they are evenly dispersed throughout.
- Transfer the mixture to the graham cracker crust. Place the pie in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight. Transfer the pie to the fridge 15-30 minutes before serving for easier serving.
- Slice and serve with additional strawberries, cool whip, whipped cream, or other toppings as desired!
Yield: 10-inch Pie (about 8 servings)
