Easy Cheesy Pretzel Dip
Go ahead and double dip! Celebrate National Pretzel Day with Easy Cheesy Pretzel Dip. Made with Belfonte Vitamin D Milk, this Cheesy Dip will have you and your family going back for seconds.
Ingredients:
1 cup Belfonte Vitamin D Milk
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
Salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour to start the roux for 1 minute. Slowly whisk in Belfonte Vitamin D Milk and bring to a simmer. As milk begins to thicken, stir in cheese slowly, whisking constantly until smooth. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne cheese and serve with your favorite pretzel bites. Substitute your favorite cheese or blend for a different flavor.
