Corn Casserole
Simple side dish. If you’re looking for an easy side dish to compliment any meal, try our Corn Casserole. Made with Belfonte Sour Cream, this side dish is a easy to make and simply delicious.
Ingredients:
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream-style corn
1 cup Belfonte Sour Cream
1 box of corn bread mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into oven safe 9 x 13″ pan. Bake for one hour. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
