Chocolate Pudding Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Belfonte Milk
  • 1 pack of chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies or graham crackers
  • Green and Orange frosting to pipe carrots (or candy/sprinkles)

Directions

  • In a large bowl add your cold Belfonte Milk and pudding mix and stir for two minutes. Let thicken for a few additional minutes and then stir again.
  • In a plastic baggie add your cookies and use a glass to crush them.
  • To assemble your pudding cups layer your chocolate pudding and crush chocolate cookies back and forth until full.
  • Pipe on little carrots using your green and orange frosting or top with candy or sprinkles.
  • Share and enjoy.
