Chocolate Magic Shell
Add a little Magic! Top your favorite Belfonte Ice Cream with our quick and easy Chocolate Magic Shell. Made with two ingredients, you’ll be ready for National Ice Cream Sundae Day in no time!
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup coconut oil, solid
Directions:
In glass bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for one minute. Let the chocolate chips melt in the oil, stirring until smooth. Let set for a few minutes. Scoop Belfonte Ice Cream in a bowl or cone. Pour the chocolate mixture over the ice cream in the bowl or dip the cone in the chocolate, watch it harden into a magic shell and serve!
