Chia Yogurt Parfait
Fortify your breakfast! Kick the New Year off the healthy way with our Chia Yogurt Parfait. Made with Belfonte Vanilla Yogurt this parfait will give you energy and fill you up to power you through your New Year workouts.
Ingredients:
1 cup Belfonte Vanilla Yogurt
1 tsp honey
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
3-4 strawberries, sliced
Directions:
Mix Belfonte Vanilla Yogurt with honey and chia seeds. Put in the refrigerator and let set for at least 10 minutes or overnight to let chia seeds soften and expand. Layer fruit and yogurt and serve!
